Labubu Giveaway Terms, Conditions, and Rules

By entering the Labubu Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and rules. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry.

  • Participants under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have consent from a parent or guardian.

  • Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, or immediate family members of Labubu are not eligible to enter.

2. Giveaway Period

  • The Giveaway begins on December 31, 2025, at 12:00 AM (local time) and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (local time), unless otherwise stated.

  • Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

  • Participants may enter by purchasing tickets at $1.00 per ticket through the designated entry form on www.officiallylabubu.com.

  • Each entry must be submitted separately. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is accompanied by payment.

  • Giveaway entries must include accurate and complete contact information.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.

  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their entry within 7 business days after the Giveaway ends.

  • Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prizes

  • Prizes for the Giveaway will be specified in the promotional materials.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  • Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with receiving or using the prize.

6. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow Labubu to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Entry Restrictions

  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted fraudulently will be disqualified.

  • Automated entries, scripts, or entries submitted through unauthorized third parties will be disqualified.

  • Labubu reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Labubu is not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or other issues beyond our reasonable control.

  • By participating, entrants release Labubu and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the use of any prize.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information collected for the Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Participants’ data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Giveaway.

10. General Conditions

  • Labubu reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen events compromise its integrity.

  • These Terms, Conditions, and Rules are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Labubu operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

  • Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
