At www.officiallylabubu.com (“Labubu,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we want you to love your Labubu products. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a fair and smooth experience for our customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • Items that are damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Certain items, such as limited-edition giveaways, promotional products, or digital content, may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@officiallylabubu.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions. Labubu is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error by Labubu or a defective product.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To request an exchange, contact info@officiallylabubu.com with details about the item and your preferred replacement.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement is not available, a refund may be issued instead.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@officiallylabubu.com with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Labubu will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and will cover the return shipping cost in these cases.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Limited-edition or promotional Labubu dolls and merchandise

  • Digital downloads or content

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
