1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Items that are damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or refund.

Certain items, such as limited-edition giveaways, promotional products, or digital content, may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Wait for our confirmation and instructions on how to return the item.

Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions. Labubu is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error by Labubu or a defective product.
